For any company involved with distribution, sales, or production, inventory is the heart of the business. SAP Business One includes many features designed to track and manage your inventory. Users need to know the correct way to enter new items, utilize item groups and properties, and manage inventory valuation, batches (lots) and serial numbers. They also need to know how to perform basic inventory transactions, such as inventory adjustments and transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventory. They should be able to utilize the reports that are provided in the inventory module as well.
