Business One provides several tools for producing reports and printed forms. The core system includes many pre-set reports that may be configured in a variety of ways. Each document type may be printed in a format that can be designed and modified to suit your requirements. Queries can be written quickly and easily to extract data into simple custom reports. In addition, SAP provides the XL Reporter and Crystal Reports programs which enable more advanced users to design complex reports and forms.

B1 University includes courses that will enable both beginning and advanced users to master the skills needed to use the reports that are provided and create new ones as needed.
