The Sales and A/R module in SAP Business One includes a sequence of documents that encompass the sales process, including Quotations, Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Invoices. Users need to know how to enter these documents, as well as how to use the functionality for item pricing, order fulfillment, and customer service. Management personnel also need to know how to utilize the sales reports and inquire about item information.
